
Quinoa meat
Product obtained from a pre gelatinization process and dehydration of Quinoa, to facilitate its use and maintain its nutritional value. It is easy to prepare and does not contain gluten.
Salty and flavor of fried meat once cooked.
Easy Preparation:
STEP 1: Drain the content of quinoa meat in a bowl. Pour ½ cup of hot or cold water and let stand for 5 to 10 min.
STEP 2: Toast in hot oil for 5 to 10 min. until golden. Serve with the garnish of your choice (rice, pasta, potatoes or salad).
